네트워크 이론을 이용한 생산운영관리 연구동향 분석

The Analysis of Research Trends on Production and Operations Management by Network Theory

본 연구의 목적은 생산운영관리 부문의 키워드 분석을 통해 연구 동향을 파악하고, 이를 근거로 향후 생산운영관리 분야의 연구 방향을 제시하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 국외의 생산운영관리 저널 5개와 국내 저널 3개를 대상으로 2004년부터 2013년까지 최근 10년간 발표된 논문들의 키워드 22,700개를 수집하였다. 수집된 키워드를 프로파일링(profiling) 기법과 패스파인더(pathfinder) 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 이를 통해 생산운영관리 분야의 국내외 저널 및 각 기간별 클러스터링 분석을 통해 키워드 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 또한 기간별 분석을 실시하여 국내외 생산운영관리 분야 연구동향과 연구 분야의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다.

The objective of this study is to investigate the research trends on production and operations management by keyword analysis and to present future research scope. Production and operations management related journals published in Korea (3 journals) and foreign countries (5 journals) were chosen and key words(22,700) in articles published in from 2004 to 2013 were collected. The collected keywords were analyzed by profiling technique and pathfinder network method. Based on the analysis results, relationships among keywords were found by cluster analysis on production and operations management related journals. Then, research trends and research issues on production and operations management area from 2004 to 2013 were navigated by the network analysis.
