An Analysis on the Multicultural Factors for Social Integration of Jordanian Immigrants

Multiculturalism has been using in a descriptive term, refers to the simple fact of cultural diversity. Korea's rapid industrialization and liberalization policy in 21th century has boosted the migration of labor force expansion. The influx of emigrants is accelerating among 140 million foreigners to stay in the country, Muslim are being counted to 10 percent. In the past, Southeast Asia and Central Asia have been the influx of labor as a workforce, however, a number of foreign students from the Middle East and North Africa region is increased recently. This might be an evidence of South Korea's multicultural society, such as severe in terms of keeping our social identity in situations where Islam could be embraced in the society, with a tolerance and cultural pluralism based on the recognition that traditional values would be succeed. The paper focuses on the cultural differences to communicate and interact to create social integration of Jordanian who would like to have opportunities to immigrate to Korea. We adapt CAGE model in order to predict the process of adaptation of Muslim migrants in Korean society through the hierarchical analysis and multifaceted evaluation. The results were based on the opinion of Muslims residing in Jordan is also parallel to the investigation identify what similarities and differences in order to define social integration policy by quantitative element content and qualitative factors.
