In this paper, I would like to draw Middle Eastern international relations that domestic political change in each country will bring about. Is the democracy, democratization universal value of human beings, and is the democratic revolution of Middle Eastern countries since 2011 the result of Middle Eastern citizen's self-consciousness for realization of this universal value. Will Internal political change of Middle Eastern countries have effect type or structure change of Middle Eastern international relations? Especially, being concerned about Syrian civil war, Middle Eastern international relations will be which form of structure? I tried to making a rough sketch of changing configuration of the ground of Middle East under the presupposition that internal political change of the Middle Eastern countries will result in structure change of Middle Eastern international relations. Foreign policy of U.S.A and Russia corresponding to political change process of Syria, especially Syrian civil war process is very important variable to understand the structure change of Middle Eastern international relations. I think that the fault line between Suni belt and Shia belt was cleared and thicken by the international intervention to the Syrian civil war. That is a kind of 'bi-polar Arab Cold War'. But there is another phenomenon the same as diversification of the policy to the Syrian civil war. I think that it would be 'multi-polar Middle East'.
