In this research, the project and implementation that AKP attempted to apply will be discussed. In this research, the second chapter will examine Turkey's social structure and the third chapter will investigate the identity and character of the AKP as well as democratic initiatives for Kurds and Alevis. Consequently, the merits and demerits of the democratic initiatives(Açılım) will be identified.
