정서지능과 유머가 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

The effect on the emotional intelligence, humor and creative personality on college students

본 연구는 대학생의 정서지능과 유머가 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 대학생의 정서지능, 유머, 창의적 인성 검사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기도, 강원도, 충청도에 소재한 4개 대학의 학생들 308명이었다. 결과를 살펴보면다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서지능과 유머 그리고 창의적 인성은 대부분의 요인들에서 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 정서지능이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석 을 실시하였고 약 20%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 독립변인 하위요인 중 정서활용이 창의적 인성에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유머가 창의적 인성에 미치는영향력을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였고 약 16%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 독립변인 하위요인 중 유머생성이 창의적 인성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 정서지능과 유머를 고려한 교수방법 및 다양한 평가 방법에 대한 제언과 연 구의 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 언급하였다.

The study was investigated with three objectives in mind: (1) to examine the relationships emotional intelligence, humor and creative personality of college students. (2) to examine that emotional intelligence influenced on creative personality. (3) to examine that humor influenced on creative personality. The results obtained by this study were as follows: (1) Emotional intelligence and humor were positively associated with creative personality. (2) The emotional intelligence explained about 20% of the variance in creative personality. (3) The humor explained about 16% of the variance in creative personality. Finally, it should be studied continuously to analysis values which affect on college students’ creative personality. It is expectable to conduct some future research to investigate college students’ creative personality more deeply.
