로봇을 활용한 이러닝 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 : PSR과 UTAUT을 중심으로

Along with the advance of robot technology, interests in robot as an e-learning system have been increasing. In particular, humanoid type robot is being considered as an artificial tutor because of its human-likeness enabled by media richness and multimodal interaction capabilities. With these capabilities, robot-assisted learning (r-learning) system, as a special type of u-learning system, aims to dramatically increase the learner’s concentration, playfulness and learning performance. However, empirical studies which examine if incorporating the robot technology in the e-learning system meaningfully contributes to learning performance and hence human acceptance to adopt the r-learning system have seldom conducted. Hence, the purpose of this study is to propose a theoretical model which explains the process of adopting the r-learning system. The technology acceptance, para-social relationship, and affection-based model are investigated and combined in the proposed model. As the determinants to affect the human’s cognition and affection, media richness and multimodal interaction capabilities are considered.
