우리의 한옥은 산업화 및 도시화 과정에서 급속하게 멸실되어 왔다. 70~80년대 이후 경제개발 및 산업고도화 추진에 의하여 양적성장 위주로 발전정책을 폈기 때문이다. 특히 한옥의 경우 보존 상태와 관계없이 "도시 및 주거환경 정비법"에 따라 노후 및 불량건축물 등으로 간주되어 개발의 대상이었다. 최근 들어 주택의 양적 문제가 해소되고, 보다 정서적 안정감을 추구하면서 주거문화에 대한 관심으로 한옥이 새로운 대안으로 나타났다. 중앙정부 및 각 지자체에서 전통한옥에 대한 인식을 제고하면서 한옥지원 사업을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 한옥지원 사업이 관련 법적 근거가 불명확하고 부실한 사업관리 등으로 인하여 다수의 문제점이 노출되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 한옥지원 사업을 효율적이며 체계적인 추진을 위해서는 중앙정부차원에서 이루어 질 수 있는 한옥관련 단일법 제정 및 재원확보, 조세감면 등 지원방안을 모색되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 그래서 실효성이 있는 정책적, 제도적 방안을 구상하여 시행하도록 하고, 지방자치단체도 한옥지원 조례를 통하여 지역적 특성에 맞는 한옥지원 사업을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to explore the benefits of our Hanok based on the central government and local governments to support the business system, and you can talk Hanok activation of hanok support systems and business reality through systematic improvement of the business, long-term support of Hanok has the above purpose of the study to develop. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The analysis of the study is related to the literature review and existing institutional support project hanok, and political trends of the central government, local governments, such as the survey. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS "Building Code" was defined in the definition of hanok, Hanok support line of business and financial support schemes, ordinance regarding comparative analysis and operational support projects through the activation of Hanok. 2. RESULTS It is important to securing funding and hanok-related single law enacted in central government support for the project hanok. And implement a viable policy, institutional way, it is necessary to systematically consider the circumstances support a comprehensive local government agencies.
