Examining the Determinants of Knowledge Sharing : Triandis Model Perspective

본 연구의 목적은 Triandis 모델을 기반으로 하여 지식공유 활성화를 위한 모델을 제안하고, 각 요인들 간의 인과관계를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 Triandis 이론 및 지식공유 이론을 고찰하였다. 연구모델을 검증하기 위해서 IT 아웃소싱을 수행하는 기업의 조직구성원 60명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였고, 구조방정식모형 도구인 SmartPLS를 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구모델의 실증결과, 촉진조건을 제외한 모든 선행 요인(지식자기효능감, 상호호혜성, 사회적요인, 습관, 지식공유의도)들이 지식공유행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지식공유행동 요인은 업무성과 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적 시사점 및 실무적 시사점을 논의하고 연구의 한계 및 미래 연구방향을 제안하였다.

The objective of this study is to investigate determinants of knowledge sharing based on the Triandis model theory. This research examines the structural relationships of knowledge sharing in ITO(Information Technology Outsourcing) Organization. Data were derived from 60 respondents working IT Cooperation in Seoul, Korea. In this paper, we suggest a research model for facilitating the knowledge sharing. In order to validate the proposed research model, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, was utilized. The empirical result showed that most antecedent factors (Knowledge Self-Efficy, Anticipated Reciprocal Relationships, Social Factors, Habit, Intention of Knowledge Sharing) of knowledge sharing behavior are significant except for Facilitating Conditions. In conclusion, findings and implications are discussed along with limitations and future research directions.
