무역공급체인망의 통합은 글로벌 무역환경의 보다 신속하고 안전한 무역을 요구하고 있 다. AEO(Authurized Economic Operator) 제도는 수출입공급망 안전(Supply Chain Security)과 무역원활에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 국가 간의 AEO 상호협정인 MRA(Mutual Recognition Arrangement)를 통하여 그 활용 범위가 확장되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 수출‧입 기업들의 AEO 제도 활용을 위한 주요 요인들을 도출하여 활용 기업들에게 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 AEO 제도를 도입하여 활용하고 있는 우리나라 200개 수출‧입 기업과, 관세사 보세운송업자를 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문지를 회수하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 내․외부역량은 AEO 프로세스에 각 각 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, AEO 프로세스는 효율성에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 효율성은 물류성과에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 주된 시사점 은 우리나라 수출‧입 기업들이 AEO 활용으로 파트너 기업들과 협력하고, 체계적인 프로세 스를 구축함으로써 국제무역의 경쟁력과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 기존 연구와의 차별성 은 AEO의 프로세스와 효율성 간의 관계가 물류성과에 미치는 영향관계를 고찰한 것이다. 향후 기업의 규모에 따른 AEO 제도의 활용에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose : The integration of trade supply chains demand a quick and secure global trade environment. AEO (Authorized Economic Operate) system has a significant impact on Supply Chain Security and facilitating trade. The application range is expanding through a mutual agreement between the AEO MRA (Mutual Recognition Arrangement) nations. This study verifies the key factor for Korea’s export and import companies’ AEO utilization and how it affects logistics performance for enterprises. Research design, data, methodology : For the purpose of this study, 200 Korean export ‧import companies and customs bonded haulers that derive and utilize AEO institution have been interviewed and surveyed and collected the data for empirical analysis. Results : The empirical results of this study are as follows. First, the internal and external competence of the companies had a significant positive (+) impact on each AEO processes. Second, AEO processes had a significant positive (+) impact on the effectiveness. Third, efficiency and performance logistics had a significant positive (+) effect. Conclusions : The main implication of this study is export/import Korean companies should partner with other companies that take advantage of AEO system and to improve the competitiveness and reliability of trade by establishing a systematic process. Apart from the existing studies is the relationship between the AEO processes and the effectiveness that has an impact on the logistic performance. A further study is expected on the utilization of the AEO system in accordance with the scale of the future enterprises.
