국내 장애인활동지원 관련 연구의 동향분석

A Analysis of Research Trend about 'Personal Assistance Service' -Focused on Journal Articles Published in Korea from 2005 to 2015-

본 연구는 장애인활동지원 관련 국내연구의 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 장애인복지 정책과 실천분야에 기여할 수 있는 연구방향을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 따라서 2005년부터 2015년 현재까지 발표된 장애인활동지원 관련 학술지, 학위논문을 중심으로 연구주제, 연구유형, 연구대상, 연구방법 등을 분석하였다. 분석대상이 된 연구는 등재학술지 또는 등재후보지에 게재된 논문 33편, 학위논문 41편으로 총 74편이다. 연구결과, 연구주제는'정책/제도/법률'이 20편,'취업/직무/직업'이 19편으로 가장 많았고, 연구대상은 활동보조인을 대상으로 한 연구가 32편으로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 이용자를 대상으로 한 연구가 30편, 주 부양자 및 가족을 대상으로 한 연구가 2편으로 나타났다. 한편 연구유형에 따른 분석결과, 양적연구가 54편으로 가장 많았고, 질적연구가 11편, 문헌연구가 9편이었으며, 연구방법에 따른 분석결과, 기초통계방법을 활용한 연구가 25편으로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 중급통계방법, 고급통계분석방법 순으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 장애인활동지원 관련 연구의 시사점과 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to review and analyze journal article on infants published from 2005 to 2015, in order to suggest a desirable direction for future research. To the end, a total of 74 academic journals and theses related to personal assistance service were analyzed in the aspects of research topics, types of study, object, and research method. As a result, 33 research papers from journals and 41 theses for Master's and Doctorial degree related to personal assistance services were selected. The result of the analysis showed that the number of researches related to'policy, system, law'and'job, duty, employment'were published the most. For the object of study, the number of users of personal assistance service were 37 people the most, then personal assistants 34 people, supporter and family 10 people. For types of study, the number of quantitative researches published were a lot more than qualitative researches and literature researches. quantitative researches were 53 journals, quantitative researches were 11 journals, literature researches were 10 journals. Thus, Research methods were divided into subject of study, Method of basic analysis was mostly used as data analysis method. and then, method of intermediate level analysis was the second, high level analysis was the third. Finally, implications and practical use of personal assistance service were discussed.
