A Study on Strategy to Promote Cooperative Policing

이 연구는 경학 협력치안의 일종인 경학 합동순찰에 대한 인식을 실증적으로 분석하여, 참가 학생들이 인지한 경찰과의 접촉과 합동순찰에 대한 경찰 태도에 관한 인식이 합동순찰에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 협력치안을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 합동순찰을 경험한 대학생 212명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 유효한 207부가 분석에 활용되었다. 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증이 이루어졌고, 결과분석을 위하여 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 긍정적 접촉의 경우 참여의지에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간접 부정적 접촉의 경우 만족도에 부의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 간접 부정적 접촉이 필요성에도 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 경찰관 태도에 대한 인식과 관련하여서는 종속변수인 만족도, 필요성, 참여의지 모두에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 향후 협력치안 활성화에 필요한 제언을 하였다.

This study aims to analyze practically perception about cooperative patrol(a kind of cooperative policing)-how the perception of subjects(students) about contact with police and attitude of police to combination influences on combination patrol. Through this study, I want to find contributing Strategy to promote cooperative policing in the future. For this study, I surveyed 212 and among them, 207 questionnaire were used. I proved the validity and surveyed correlation analysis and regression analysis for analyzing. As the result above study, first, positive contact influenced to participation willingness positively. Second, indirect negative contact influenced on satisfaction negatively. Also indirect contact influenced on need negatively. Last, perception about the attitude of the police influenced on all dependent variables - satisfaction, need and participation willingness- positively. On the basis of above study result, this study suggested some necessary ideas on strategy to promote cooperative policing in the future.
