교통인프라 활용을 통한 범죄예방 방안 연구

A Study on the Crime prevention Using Traffic Infrastructure

본 연구는 교통인프라를 이용하여 치안정보를 과학적으로 수집함으로써 범죄예방에 기여하기 위한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 치안정보의 개념, 교통인프라 등 연구내용과 관련된 기본이론에 대해 검토하였으며 본 연구와 관련된 연구문헌에서 참고할 내용들을 파악하였다. 우리나라의 교통인프라에 대한 현황조사를 실시하여 실제로 연계하여 정보를 수집할 수 있는 전국의 교통인프라를 파악하였다. 범죄자료 수집 및 정보제공 부문에서는 자료수집방법, 자료수집항목, 자료처리방법, 정보제공 방법에 대해 기술하였다. 먼저, 자료수집방법을 직접자료수집과 연계자료수집으로 나누어 방안을 제시하였으며 자료수집항목을 자료형태에 따라 이미지(Image)자료, 데이터(Data)자료, 시스템(System)별 자료로 분류하여 수집자료에 대한 항목을 설정하였다. 자료처리방법에서는 수집된 자료의 형태에 따라 가공처리 및 정보제공을 위하여 전자지도에 표출하는 방법과 기본적인 데이터베이스 설계방안을 제시하였다. 또한 정보제공방법에서는 제공항목과 제공형태 및 정보이용분야를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to take advantage of the transport infrastructure for the investigation and prevention of crime. In order to achieve the research objective was to review the security information theory and transport infrastructure. The survey was carried out on the transportation infrastructure and were analyzed traffic information center to collect the information over the connection. The crime data collection and provision was part describes the data collection methods, data collection entry, data processing method, and describes how the information provided. First, we present the data collection methods and And according to the data collection to data entry forms were classified according to the image, data and systems as per data collected items by category was set up. Depending on the type of data collected was proposed a method of representing the electronic map and basic database design scheme. The proposed method also provides information to provide forms, information used and provided entry field.
