생애주기를 고려한 토사재해 방재시설 통합관리시스템 프로토타입 개발

Development of the Integrated Management System Prototype of Sediment Disaster Prevention Facilities Considering the Life-Cycle

최근 기후변화로 인한 국지성 폭우와 태풍 발생 빈도가 높아져 토사재해 피해 증가에 따라 방재시설에 대한 중요성 역시 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 토사재해 방재시설은 생애주기 미고려, 미흡한 법적 관리기준, 통합적인 관리 절차 및 항목의 부재 등 몇 가지 관리상의 한계가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 생애주기를 고려한 토사재해 방재시설 통합관리시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 시스템 기능으로는 시설 현황ㆍ통계, 이력관리, 알림 기능 등이 있고, 기대효과로는 지자체 시설물 관리 담당자 업무의 효율적인 지원 및 시설물의 장기간 사용 도모 등이 있다.

Recently, the importance of sediment disaster prevention facilities has increased because of climate change. However, they have some problems on the aspect of integrated management. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated management system pro-totype of sediment disaster prevention facilities considering the life-cycle. This system prototype provides functions such as status, statistics, history management, notification of the facilities. It also assists the efficient management and long-term use of the facilities.
