Korea should increase the exports of its service industries to raise total exports and enhance economic growth. Among the service industry exports, education services may be small but these incur 4 trillion won trade deficits a year. The number of foreign students in Korea has steadily decreased from 2011 and competition with neighboring countries has been stronger. So, through the improvements of foreign students' satisfaction, increase the number of foreign students again. Thus, using the AHP analysis method, this study analyzes the import and export status of education services, explores possible activation methods of exporting education services and provides measures to be undertaken. According to the survey, Chinese students are generally satisfied studying in Korea. But they have difficulties such as tuition fee, receiving credits, etc. Especially, graduate students find it to write a graduation thesis and want to work in Korea after graduation. So, universities need to beef up employment opportunities of foreign graduates who studied in Korea by strengthening cooperation with the government and the companies. Also relieve the burden of writing thesis to increase the satisfaction of foreign students. Through thesevarious efforts, quantitative and qualitative growth of education services can be achieved.
