The main objective of the study is to examine the mediating effect of 'establishment of a learning organization' on the relationship between the determinants of sequential FDI and the intention to provide sequential FDI. Data was collected from a survey of 105 Korean subsidiary firms in India and the study analyzed questionnaires by using SPSS 21. Findings reveal that 'establishment of a learning organization' produce a partial mediating effect when the determinants affect sequential FDI. Moreover, firm-specific factors and market-specific factors have a positive correlation to sequential FDI. Accordingly, in order to activate sequential FDI more in the Indian market, Korean subsidiary firms in India should consider establishing an internal system of 'learning organizations'.
