한-D.R.콩고 FTA 협상의제 도출을 위한 탐색적 연구

Assessing the Capacity of the D.R. Congo in Attaining Its UN Millenium Development Goals(MDGs) : An Exploratory Foray in Developing a Korea-D.R.Congo FTA

This paper undertakes an exploratory research for drawing some negotiation agenda for a possible <Korea-D.R. Congo FTA> and is based on local research implemented to estimate 'social development capacity' toward the attainment of UN MDGs in the D.R.Congo. It has become more important for S. Korea as one of OECD/DAC members to raise an effectiveness of aid and to activate the FTAs previously concluded much more in propelling sustainable economic growth through trade. Also S. Korea should propell the energy and strategic mineral resources oriented FTA from now. Under this background, this paper insists to propel the <ODA-KSP-FTA linkage policy> as a way to conclude FTA with the D.R. Congo.
