This study aims to reveal the relationships between corporate culture, dynamic capability, efforts for overcoming international environmental regulations and corporate performance in Chinese export manufacturing firms. Using 234 valid samples from a survey on Chinese export manufacturing firms, we used PLS-SEM to analyze the data by applying Smart-PLS. Our findings suggest that organizational culture which is divided into 2 sub-factors such as control orientation and flexibility orientation have a direct effects on dynamic capabilities. Dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on both internal environmental management and export performance, but little influence on environmental collaboration with suppliers. Internal environmental management also has a positive effect on environmental collaboration with suppliers, but has no effect on export performance. Environmental collaboration with suppliers, however, has a significant impact on export performance. From these results, export manufacturing firms need to note the collaboration with suppliers to improve export performance.
