Linkage Strategy with Official Development Assistance and Coordination in Agri-business of the Overseas Operations

In this study, I will take a look at the basic concept of official development assistance in the agricultural sector to promote direction and major trends is working to understanding of official development assistance of a new era of international development cooperation. The cooperation of the public and private sectors cooperation the government development assistance, a new development assistance that combines the know-how for the operational management proactive private companies and organizations to domestic agricultural sector on the reliability of the public institutions held by existing ODA it will develop into a model. Moreover, development assistance becomes a scheme that can be approached from a medium- and long-term point of view, it can be utilized in a manner suitable to aid a scheme for the construction of a sustainable agricultural base in developing countries.
