The New Literacy Instruction Process and Protocol for the Elementary School Regarding Creative and Comprehensive Skills or Talent Fostering

The study purports to review lots of the materials proving how much the digital media-reading capacity can influence the students’ future lives and learning based on their print media one, and to explore the meanings how its achievements contribute to the inchoative state, a new literacy, of our country’s educationally so often cited sub j ect, ‘creative and comprehensive skills for talent fostering.’ The new literacy learning process for such skills is supposed to start with teachers’ at first sharing the textbook-based print media-picked-up sub j ects, with those students. For their part, the students, in relation with their textbook-based print media’s sub j ects, are to broach as their exploration their recent daily-life issues or concerns, and what they wonder about and so. The students, after raising the sub j ects in the cooperative and collaborative ways rather than any individual-centered ones, are to participate in the exploration toward comprehensive learning by taking the advantage of digital-media I T information to reach the answers for picked-up questions. The new literacy teaching process through hand-on explorations depends upon what leaning activity is performed to express the students’ creativity. The study, after reviewing the print-media reading, various digital-media reading, and literacy teaching-learning process, is to provide suitable instruction protocol able to calibrate the degree of implementing them.
