The purpose of this study is to improve the linkage between regional & urban plan and transportation plan. In Korea, regional & urban plans are consists of three levels of plan; National, Provincial, City Plan. Entire planning process should be systematically interwined between regional & urban plan and transportation plan. hi order to secure practical implementionof both regional & urban plan and transportation plan. The role of the central & local government is to be clarified on the process of approval of plan.
