본 연구는 평택시의 지역 기업, 내륙물류기지와 물류단지 및 평택항과 항만배후단지 등 물류 관련 산업구조에 필요한 물류전문인력의 수급현황 등 노동시장 분석을 통해 고용 활성화를 기할 수 있는 역할제시 등 실효성 있는 고용정책 대안을 강구하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
This study, the effective employment through active labor market analysis, Pyeongtaek, local businesses, and inland logistics bases and logistics parks, and Pyeongtaek Port hinterland status structure required for the logistics industry, including the supply of logistics professionals to ensure that the role presented to seek alternative employment policy aims.
