학생 성장을 위한 미술과 평가모델 개발 연구

Development of Performance Assessment Model for Art Education in School

이 연구는 학생의 창의적 능력과 다양성을 발견하고 꿈과 끼를 키움으로써 미래사회가 요구하는 인재를 양성하기 위하여 핵심역량을 토대로 피드백이 강화된 평가모델의 개발을 다룬 것이다. 개발된 평가모델은 결과 중심, 목표 중심, 교사 중심, 일회적 평가, 집단적 획일적 평가를 보완하여 진단․처방․과정 중심, 수행 중심, 학생 중심적인 학습이 가능하도록 설계함으로써 학습과 평가의 유기적인 상호보완을 강화하는데 주안점을 두었다. 따라서 학생 수준을 진단하고 학습과정을 점검하는 수시․수행평가 방법 및 내용과 채점기준, 평가 결과에 따라 피드백을 제공하는 방법으로 개발하였다. 현장 활용도가 높은 주제에 교육과정 성취기준과 핵심역량을 정하고 수행평가 전략 도출 및 평가요소를 확정하여 모델을 개발한 후, 시범학교에서 현장 적합도를 검증 하는 한편, 현장 교사들의 검토를 받아 평가모델을 보완하였다.

In this study, the performance assessment model for the third and fourth grade students in elementary school has been devised. The aim of this model is not only to find the creativity and diversity of learners but also to help the enhancement of their vision and talent. For the frame of teaching plan, the feedback model emphasizing the core ability development has been adopted. Instead of applying the conventional assessment model which is more or less monolithic, result oriented, fugitive, the newly devised model can be able to assess the classroom activity with process oriented, prescriptive and diagnostic manner. Especially, close related complementation between learning and assessment is emphasized. The developed model has been tested in the classroom to evaluate the suitability and to supplement the level of difficulty with field teachers’ assistance
