유아교육현장에서의 전자칠판 활용과 과제

Usage of Interactive Whiteboard in Early Childhood Education and Tasks

본 연구는 유아교육현장에서 전자칠판을 활용한 교육의 적용 가능성을 확인하고 시사점을 제공하기 위해 실시하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사 1명과 학급 유아 14명을 대상으로 전자칠판을 활용한 교육을 실시하고 수업관찰 및 교사와의 개별 면담을 통해 수집한 자료를 분석하는 과정을 거쳤다. 분석 결과 전자칠판 활용교육 전 교사는 기대감과 거부감을 함께 나타내었으며 교육 초기에는 전자칠판 활용에 불편함을 호소하였으나 이후에는 만족감을 나타내었다. 유아는 교육 초기부터 전자칠판에 큰 관심과 흥미를 보였으며 전자칠판을 통해 다양한 상호작용과 함께 활동의 전이가 일어났다. 마지막으로 전자칠판 활용교육에 대한 보완사항으로 유아의 건강, 콘텐츠의 바른 선택, 과몰입을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of education using interactive whiteboard in early childhood education and to provide the implications. To do so, the education using interactive whiteboard was conducted in a class with 1 early childhood teacher and 14 children, and the data collected from the class observation and individual interview with the teacher was analyzed. As a result, the teacher displayed expectations and repulsion prior to the education using interactive whiteboard, and while they complained of inconveniences in using the interactive white board in the early stages of the education, the displayed satisfaction later on. Children displayed great interest and attention in the interactive whiteboard from the early stages of the education, and the transition of activities occurred through various interactions with the interactive whiteboard. Lastly, improvements of the education using interactive whiteboard included the children's health, correct selection of the contents, and overindulgence.
