공공데이터의 위치정보를 이용한 지오태깅 방법론 분석

Methodological Analysis on Geo-tagging for Public Data by Estimating of Location Information

개방되는 공공데이터 중 많은 정보가 공간정보와 직간접적으로 관련되어 있다. 그러므로 위치정보를 담고 있는 공간정보와 속성정보를 담고 있는 행정정보의 융합 필요성이 주목할 만한 주제가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 공간정보가 최적의 정부 3.0 실현수단으로 나아가기 위해 공공데이터포털에 공개된 데이터를 대상으로 위치정보를 포함한 자료를 정리하였다. 또한 문서 중의 공간참조유형을 분석한 후 해당 유형에 따른 공간정보 융합 방법을 조사하였다.

Many of the open public data is associated with spatial information, directly or indirectly. Therefore the fusion of spatial information and attribute information is a topic which challenges attention. In this study, we summarized the public data with the location information among opened data on data.go.kr to proceed as means of realizing the Government 3.0. Then we analyzed the spatial reference type such as coordinates or address and investigated the fusion methods of the spatial information according to types.
