공간특성 기반의 권리금 분석을 위한 기초연구

A Preliminary Study on Foregift Analysis based on Spatial Characteristics

최근 관행에 의하여 형성되어 온 권리금을 법제화하려는 움직임이 일고 있다. 일반적으로 권리금을 결정할 때, 장소나 입지적 위치가 중요한 결정요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 권리금을 결정하는데 중요한 요인인 입지요인이 권리금 결정에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위한 기초연구로, 권리금과 관련된 선행연구를 분석하여 권리금을 결정하는데 영향을 미치는 입지요인을 분석하였다. 그리고 공간분석과 관련된 선행연구를 분석하여 정의된 입지요인을 반영할 수 있는 공간특성을 조사하였다.

Recently it happens that foregift which is formed by traditional practice is considered as a right in the law. In general, when determining the foregift, position or location has been recognized as an important factor. As a preliminary study to analyze some extent to which the location factor that is an important factor to determine the foregift affects the decision of the foregift, we analyzed the location factors that affect to determine the foregift by analyzing the relevant prior studies on the foregift. And the location factors defined by analyzing the previous studies related to the spatial analysis examined the spatial characteristics that can be reflected.
