창의성 계발교육이 대학생의 인지적 학습역량, 창의적 문제해결력과 창의적 성향에 미치는 효과

The effects of creative education on the development of cognitive learning competence, creative problem solving ability and creative personality for university students

본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 창의성계발 교과목을 운영하고 이를 통해 인지적 학습역량, 창의적 문제해결력, 창의적인 성향에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 안성시 소재 H대학에 재학 중인 152명(실험집단 67명, 통제집단 85명)이다. 연구설계는 이질통제집단 사전-사후 설계로 하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검증, MANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 창의성계발 교과목에 참여한 실험집단의 인지적 학습역량(고등사고, 초인지), 창의적 문제해결(확산적 사고, 의사결정, 기획력)이 향상되었고, 통제집단은 인지적 학습역량이 사전, 사후 변화가 없거나 감소하는 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 실험집단의 창의적 성향 하위요인은 모두 향상되었고, 창의적 성향 중에서도 특히 인내가 가장 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 실험집단을 대상으로 팀별 효과를 살펴본 결과, 문제해결력 효과와 창의적 성향 효과에서 팀에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제언을 논하였다.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of creative education on the development of cognitive learning competence, creative problem solving ability and creative tendency for university students. The subjects of this study were performed in 152 students from H University in Anseong city. The experimental group, were composed of 67 university students and control group composed of 85 university students were attended other liberal art lecture. The experimental design was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Statistical methods used for data analysis were t-test, MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variance) by utilizing the SPSS 21.0. As a result, their cognitive learning competence, creative problem solving ability and creative personality significantly improved. In conclusion, the creativity development course had a positive impact on the university students of cognitive learning competence, creative problem solving ability and on the increase of creative personality. Moreover, these results indicate that the effect of this program was to enable participants to realize the possibility of developing into a self that can achieve creativity by discovering their own creative potential. Based on the above implications, We presented significance of the study and suggestions for future studies.
