영재교육 프로그램의 진로교육 적용 탐색

본 연구는 영재교육프로그램의 진로교육 적용방법을 탐색하면서 현행 진로교육 문제점의 해결방안을 탐색하였다. 영재교육 프로그램 중 ET/RDM, PCM, Purdue 3단계 심화학습모형, TU모형에서 제시하는 진로교육 방법들을 살펴보고, 진로교육이 어떻게 활용되는지를 논의하였다. 또한 일반교육에서 추진중인 진로교육의 문제점으로 지적된 내용을 영재교육 프로그램이 어떻게 적용 될 수 있는지를 밝혔다. 본 논의에 의하면 영재교육 프로그램은 진로교육 추진상의 문제점을 해결 할 수 있는 가능성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 학생의 진로관련 재능발달에 적용이 가능하였다. 이러한 해결 가능성을 위해서는 먼저 영재진로교육에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 함을 밝혔다.

Reflecting the recent trends and needs of career education, this study set out to compare and analyze the relationship between gifted education and career education. The recognition of the special needs of gifted students within their general education indicates the likelihood that these needs should extend to the provision of career education. The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between gifted education and career education. In order to investigate the relationship, first, focused on study for the career education in school, and then reviewed related gifted education program for career education. Career education as a part program in gifted education such as ET/RDM, Purdue, PCM, ALM, TU program. So the relation argued in this study. The findings showed that problem in career education was resolved by gifted education program. Even though career education have many problem in schools, gifted program will be solve problem not only for gifted education but also for general education.
