북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 정당성 인식의 구조적 관계 검증

An Study on the Structural Relationship of Police Legitimacy of North Korean Refugees

이 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 정당성 확보를 위한 선행요인으로 절차적 공정성 요인을, 결과요인으로 경찰 지시순응 요인으로 이들 요인간 구조적 관계를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적인 연구방법은 구조방정식모형을 활용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 절차적 공정성은 경찰 정당성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 정당성은 경찰 지시순응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 절차적 공정성은 경찰 지시순응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 북한이탈주민의 경찰에 대한 정당성은 절차적 공정성 요인과 경찰 지시순응 요인간 영향관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 경찰 정당성 확보에 관한 연구를 북한이탈주민을 연구대상으로 하여, 경찰에 대한 정당성 확보에 미치는 선행요인과 확보 이후의 결과 요인에 일부 영향관계를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구의 결과에도 불구하고 표본수와 표본선정 방식, 그리고 횡단연구의 한계점 역시 도출되었다.

The study of procedural fairness factors leading factor for ensuring the legitimacy of the police defectors, as a result of these factors, factors require compliance with police instructions aims to determine the structural relationship between human beings. Specific research method was utilized for structural equation modeling, analysis results were as follows. First, The procedural fairness for the police of North korean refugees was found to have a positive impact on police legitimacy. Second, The police legitimacy of North korean refugees was found to have a positive impact on police compliance. Third, The procedural fairness for the police of North korean refugees was not found to have a positive impact on police compliance. Finally, The police legitimacy of North korean refugees are conformed to have a full-mediated effects relationship between procedural fairness and police compliance. This study is significant in that it suggests some influence factors of the results obtained since the antecedents and on to the study defectors research on the police to secure justice, ensuring the legitimacy of the police. Despite the results of the sample size of these studies and the sample selection method, and also the limitations of cross-sectional studies have been derived.
