A Design of the Short Hair Up-style Using Human Hair Hairpieces

This paper produced the C-curl and S-curl hairpieces using human hair for more effectively completing the short hair up-style in order to provide educational material to reduce the burden of hair stylists when creating up-styles with short hair by using only hairpieces produced in this study. As the materials for hairpieces for up-styles, this study used hair that was 4cm or longer thrown away after cutting customers' hair. For short hair up-styles, hair was cut in a graduation cut style to make hair around the nave shorter than 5cm from the scalp. Then, hair was dried to make a C-curl and tied in a ponytail on the nave point. Next, hair was covered with a hairnet. And C-curl and S-curl hairpieces were crossed on the nave and fixed. Then, the short hair up-style was completed only using hairpieces. In accordance with the research, it was very simple to make C-curl and S-curl hairpieces using hair. Then, the short hair up-style was effectively and quickly completed and harmonized with existing hair.
