교수의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 유대감과 교육효과에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study of the Effects of a Professor's Communication Styles on His/Her Relationship with Students and Educational Effects

This study aims to suggest an efficient way for a professor's communication style to build bonding with students and its educational effects in order to determine the educational effects of the professor's communication styles on the formation of bonding with students. After conducting a preliminary questionnaire survey amongst students from the Department of Cosmetology, 290 copies were used for an empirical study. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The study results found th e following: According to a factor analysis, three (3) factors were derived in terms of communication styles. In terms of educational effects, two (2) factors were obtained. According to an analysis of the effects of bonding with students on educational effects, a significant effect was found in satisfaction. Regarding a professor's communication in the future, in addition, there should be further studies on how to improve educational effects by encouraging students to voluntarily participate in discussions.
