대학생 핵심 역량 기반의 진로 교육을 위한 교과목 개발 연구

The Development of a Career Education Program based on the Core Competencies of College Students

본 연구의 목적은 현대 사회를 살아가는 대학생에게 요구되는 핵심 역량 중심의 진로 교육을 위한 교과목을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교과목은 대학생에게 요구되는 핵심 역량의 실질적 향상에 초점을 두고 있으며, 선행 연구를 통해 교과목 설계 원리를 도출하고 이를 적용한 교육과정을 개발하였다. 전체적인 교수 학습 모형으로는 문제중심학습 수업모형을 적용하였다. 교과목의 주요 내용은 대학생 핵심 역량 진단도구(K-CESA)의 여섯 가지 역량 영역을 기반으로 설계하였으며, 연구자와 전문가 검토를 통해 수정 완성하였다. 개발한 교과목을 6명의 학생을 대상으로 적용하여 그 성과를 확인하였다. 인터뷰와 설문, K-CESA 진단 결과를 토대로 학습과정 및 성과에서 나타난 변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발· 운영한 교과목은 대학생의 진로교육을 위한 역량 기반 교육과정의 프로토타입이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 통 해 향후 대학생 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교과목 개설을 원하는 대학에서 참조할 수 있는 실효성 있는 모델을 제안하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum for teaching core competency-based career education, which is required to university students in modern society. The course developed in this study was focused on improving core competencies of the college students. Through the preceding research, the design principles was developed and applied to develop a curriculum. Problem-based learning model was applied to total teaching and learning model. The main contents of the subject were developed based on the Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment(K-CESA). The curriculum developed through this study was a prototype of competency-based career education for college students.
