조선후기 傳과 小說을 통해서 본 事實과 虛構, 그리고 소설적 眞實

Facts, Fabricatins, and the Reality in the Novel(小說) and Cheon(傳) of Late ChoSeon - Dynasty

Cheon(傳) is the literary genre which is originated in a hitory as Saki(史記). In cheon(傳) writers describe the life of historical figures and praise or censure their deeds. So the story of cheon regarded as facts. Traditionally confusionists show strong disapproval of nonfiction. And they belive literature must presents confusion ideology with real facts. But it is uncommon that ones behavior shows confusion ideolgy ideally. So oftenly story of cheon is fabricated ideally. Then behavior of hero is idealized to show confusion ideology. And circumstances fabricated ideally. And In Choseon-dynasty most of the novel(小說) titeled as "00 cheon" as "Choon-hyang cheon" "Hong Kildong cheon" etcs. Because in that period cheon regarded as ideal genre of literature which describe men's life. And confusionists showed strong disapproval of nonfiction. So the novels(小說) advocated themselves as nonfictions. But in practice all novels are composed fictionally. Even those which take the story from real facts, or from cheons change the story fictionally. And then in the novels the struggles between different ideology shaped. So In the novel there is superintended ideoly as cheon nomore. And the reader of the novels feels reality through that struggles. And oftenly in the novel the hopes of the writers and readers expressed, so the plots become fantastically. "Yulnyu Hamyang Parkssi cheon"(烈女咸陽朴氏傳) regarded as cheon. But in this work with the juxtspositions of facts and fiction writer criticise the sturdily uprighted virtuousness of women based on confuciousnism. And tells the reality behind the fabricated facts. In "Samhan-Seupyou"(三韓拾遺) writer fabricates real facts resolutely. And the hopes of hero attained fantastically. So the internal mind of herone changed throuhgly from the "Hyang-Rang cheon"(香娘傳) those are the materials of "Samhan-Seupyou"(三韓拾遺)
