Since 2010, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has made progress toward resolving low value, high volume disputes in cross-border e-commerce. At the Working Group's 30th session, three proposals about ODR procedural rules were addressed. The first proposal EU's proposed, suggested that ODR procedure rules will include the annex to the regulation. The second proposal China's proposed, suggested that integrate an existing two-track system ODR. The Third proposal United States has proposed, are the contents to recognize the pre-arbitration agreement. However, at the Working Group's 31st session, discussion has been made about the second proposal. Even in the Working Group's 31st session, the Working Group did not reach the final agreement, The U.S,A and the EU was requested to suspend the conference on ODR procedure rules. As to whether the duration of the meeting to, it is determined by the July 2015 48th UNCITRAL commission conference.
