There were seven homicide cases targeted at Koreans in Angeles, Philippine for last four years. In spited of the heinous crimes occurred toward Koreans in Philippine, very little is found regarding the cause of fear of crime among Koreans in Philippine. This study aims at exploring the crucial factors that are associated with fear of criminal vic-timization among Koreans who live in Philippine. In particular, the current study is de-signed to measure the prevalence of level of fear of crime and examine the predicting factors of the fear of crime among Koreans in Angeles, Philippine. The present study focuses on revealing differences between fear of crime by Koreans and fear of crime by the Philippines. This study conducted survey toward Koreans in Angeles from the 21 th of Aug to 27 th of Aug, 2015. The total number of samples was 114. The Korean respondents in Angeles voluntarily participated in the survey with the help of Korean Community Association and Korean Desk Policeman. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to analyze the causality between local police trust and fear of criminal victimization to-ward Koreans. The result showed that Koreans have higher level of fear of crime influenced by Philippines than fear of crime by other Koreans. Furthermore, multiple regression anal-ysis demonstrated that age and trust scores of participants toward local police were stat-istically significant factors when other variables were controlled. Policy implication will be discussed in terms of relationship between police trust and fear of crime among Koreans.
