일본의 환경규제에 대한 중소기업의 대응방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Counter-measure of Korean SMEs regarding Environmental Regulations in Japan

최근 국제적으로 환경규제에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 선진국에서 환경관련 법규를 강화하고 있다. 일본은 예전부터 환경규제를 시행해왔으나 최근 들어서 화학물질, 전기전자제품의 유해물질 규제 등 환경규제를 강화하고 있다. 일본의 환경규제강화는 일본의 기업들과 일본으로 수출하는 우리나라의 기업들에게도 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 우리나라 기업들은 이러한 환경규제에 대한 대응방안이 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 일본의 환경규제에 대해서 살펴보고, 주요 산업을 중심으로 우리나라 기업들의 대응방안을 연구함으로써 우리나라 기업의 수출에 공헌하는 것이다.

Recently, as the interest in international environmental regulations is increasing, the developed countries are strengthening the laws related to environments. Japan has been practicing environmental regulations for some time but they are recently enhancing environmental regulations even more with respect to chemical material, harmful substances in electrical & electronic equipment, etc. Enforcement of environment regulations in Japan is affecting the Japanese companies as well as those Korean companies exporting to Japan. But, the Korean companies are lacking relevant counter-measures for resolving the environmental regulation issues. The purpose of this paper are examining the environmental regulations in Japan and making a contribution in increasing the exports of Korean companies by identifying their relevant counter-measures with respect to environmental regulations in the key industry areas.
