중국 환경규제에 따른 기업의 대응방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Effective Counterplan of Enterprises Regarding Environmental Regulations in China

중국은 급속한 경제성장과 산업 발전에 따라 심각한 환경오염 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 따라 중국 정부에서도 환경보호 12ㆍ5규획을 발표하고 환경정책에 대한 지원과 투자를 확대하고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 중국에서의 환경규제가 기업환경에서 부각되고 있으며 중국에서 기업 활동에도 큰 관심사항이 되고 있다. 아울러, 이러한 중국의 환경규제 강화는 기업의 경영에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 중국에서 시장기회를 모색하고자 하는 한국 기업에게 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하는 것을 주요한 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국의 환경규제 정책에 대해 분석하고 중국에 경영활동을 하고 있는 기업을 중심으로 그린경영 실태를 제시하고 있다.

Along with the rapid economic growth and industrial development, China is confronted serious environmental pollution problems. Against this backdrop, Chinese government announced plan for "12ㆍ5" environmental protection. She also supports environmental policies and expands a investment in the field of environment. Most of all, Environmental regulations have come to the fore recently and have received the attention from foreign firms to do business in China. These Chinese environmental regulations are also have a profound impact on corporate management. This study aims for presenting countermeasure means for Korean enterprises to find a market in China. To do so, the study analyzes the Chinese environmental regulatory policies and presents a green management status focusing on the corporate to do business in China.
