Clinical Outcomes of Diffractive Aspheric Trifocal Intraocular Lens Implantation

목적: 회절성 비구면 삼중초점 인공수정체(AT.LISA tri839 MP？？ IOL, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Jena, Germany)의 임상결과를 알아보고자한다. 대상과 방법: AT.LISA tri839 MP？？ IOL (Carl Zeiss)을 삽입한 30명 40안을 대상으로 술 후 1개월, 3개월에 나안 원거리, 중간거리, 근거리 시력, 굴절오차, Defocus curve 및 OQAS？？ (Optical Quality Analysis System, Visiometrics, Castelldefels, Spain)를 이용한 시력의 질을 조사하였다. 결과: 술 후 3개월째 평균 구면렌즈대응치는 0.01 ± 0.31D였고 평균 나안시력(logMAR)은 원거리 0.023 ± 0.020, 중간거리 0.155± 0.091, 근거리 0.139 ± 0.069였다. 술 후 3개월째 OQAS？？ (Visiometrics) 검사상 평균 객관적 산란지수(Objective scatter index,OSI)는 1.83 ± 0.52, Modulation Transfer Function cut off value는 33.58 ± 14.27 cycle per degree, Strehl ratio는 0.18 ± 0.11이었다. Defocus curve에서 중간거리 시력 감소는 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: AT.LISA tri839 MP？？ IOL (Carl Zeiss Meditec)은 원거리, 중간거리 및 근거리 시력에 우수한 결과를 보였고 시력의 질 또한높은 것으로 나타나 백내장 수술과 동반된 조절력 감소를 같이 교정할 수 있는 유용한 인공수정체로 생각된다.

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of patients with diffractive aspheric trifocal intraocular lens (AT.LISA tri839 MP？？ IOL,Carl Zeiss Meditec, Jena, Germany) implantation. Methods: Forty eyes of 53 patients received phacoemulsification and implantation of AT.LISA tri839 MP？？ IOL (Carl Zeiss Meditec). Uncorrected distant visual acuity (UDVA), uncorrected intermediate visual acuity (UIVA), uncorrected near visual acuity(UNVA), refractive values, and defocus curve were evaluated at postoperative 1 month and 3 months. Optical quality was evaluated with the Optical Quality Analysis System (OQAS？？, Visiometrics, Castelldefels, Spain). Results: At the 3-month postoperative follow-up, the mean spherical equivalent was 0.01 ± 0.31 D and the mean UDVA, UIVA and UNVA were 0.023 ± 0.020, 0.155 ± 0.091, and 0.139 ± 0.069, respectively. The means of the objective scatter index, modulation transfer function cut-off value, Strehl ratio measured by OQAS？？ (Visiometrics) were 1.83 ± 0.52, 33.58 ± 14.27 cycle per degree and 0.18 ± 0.11, respectively. Intermediate visual acuity did not fall sharply at defocus curve. Conclusions: Implantation of the diffractive aspheric trifocal intraocular lens in patients with cataracts provided excellent distant, intermediate and near visual acuities with high visual quality.
