노인성범죄의 급증현상에 대한 분석과 대책방안

A Study on the Analysis of the increase Cause and Measure of Elderly Sex Offenses

오늘날 한국의 노인들은 의학 및 영양의 발전으로 점점 더 많고 빠르게 평균수명이 높아져 가고 있다. 더불어 노인성범죄의 발생건수도 또한 평균수명이 증가 한 만큼 점점 증가하는 추세이다. 사회가 급속히 고령화하면서 노인성범죄도 발생빈도가 늘어나고 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 심각성이 기존 성인 성범죄와 차별하여 대응할 근거가 없을 정도로 심화되고 있어 새로운 인식과 범죄학적 측면에서의 접근이 필요한 시점이다. 노인성범죄는 여러 원인 중 심리적, 정신적, 사회적 원인에 의해 성범죄가 발생한다고 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 노인성범죄의 실태를 통계자료 중심으로 파악하고 이렇게 도출된 통계자료를 근거하여 노인성범죄의 경향을 살펴보고자 한다. 궁극적으로 노인들은 적절한 여가활동을 통하여 노후의 고독감 및 무위고를 해소하고 삶에 대한 새로운 의미를 부여하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 노인복지시설을 확충하고 노인 전문가를 배치하여 함은 물론이고 다양한 자원봉사활동을 통한 사회참여를 유도하여야 할 것이다.

In recent years the older persons in Korea are living longer than ever before and in greater numbers than elderly sex offenses previously experienced with advances in medical research, nutrition, and health care. The society is aging rapidly, the occurrence rate of their sex offenses is not only going up, but also it severity is getting worse to the extend that there is no need to differentiate their offenses form those of different age groups in tackling them. So its about time to have new recognition and forensic approach toward it. Previous research suggests that elderly sex offenses is various caused by psychological, spiritual, and sociological factors. In the vein, this study examines the reality of elderly sex offenses using various official and academic statistical data, and the current trends of elderly sex offenses based on these data analysis Old mans must solved loneliness after string through suitable recreation and sense of isolation and give new meaning about life ultimately. It may have to of course, and drive social activities through various voluntary service that must expand welfare facilities for this and post expert.
