태권도 체육관 서비스품질과 관원만족 및 재가입의도와의 관계

The Relationship between Service Quality, Member Satisfaction and Re-enrollment Intention in Taekwondo Gym

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Taekwondo gym service quality, member satisfaction and re-enrollment intention. The subjects are the parents of Taekwondo practitioners in South Chungnam Province. The final analysis has been used 388 data. Statistical analysis was performed for correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, the physical service quality and systemically service quality had a positive effect on the member satisfaction. Second, the human service quality, physical service quality and systemically service quality had a positive effect on the re-enrollment intention. Third, the member satisfaction had a positive effect on the re-enrollment intention.
