Study on Life Long Education Program Development Models

이 연구의 목적은 평생교육프로그램개발을 위한 이론적 배경과 평생교육프로그램개발 모형에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 평생교육프로그램개발의 이론적 배경과 평생교육프로그램개발 모형의 경우도 이미 연구된 바 있다. 그러나 좀더 체계적이고 체제적인 평생교육 프로그램 개발 모형 탐색을 통하여 평생교육분야에 종사자들에게 좀더 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 모형을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 연구 목적자체가 단순성(simple), 실용성(useful), 체계성(systematic)을 추구하였다. 첫째 단순성이란 내용이 단순하다는 것이다. 너무 어렵지 않고 쉽게 접근해 볼 수 있게 구성하였다. 둘째 실용성이란 단순하지만 실제 업무 현장에서 적용해 볼 수 있는 현장 적용성에 초점을 맞추었다. 셋째 체계성은 프로그램을 개발할 때 논리적 구조에 합당하게 전개한 것이다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적자체는 이 연구를 읽으면 평생교육 프로그램을 개발모형에 대하여 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 초점이 맞추어져 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore theoretical backgrounds and models for life long education program development. A lot of studies have already studied theoretical backgrounds and models for life long education program development. However, this study aims to present the model for life long education workers to access more easily by exploring more systemic and systematic models for life long education program development. This study itself aims to pursue simplicity, usefulness and systemicity. First, simplicity means simple contents. Accordingly, it was configured easily accessible and yet not too difficult. Second, for usefulness, it was focused on field applicability, that is, simple but applicable to actual work fields. Third, simplicity means to deploy program development reasonable to logical structures. Therefore, the purpose of this study itself is focused that readers of this study could fully understand the development model of life long education program.
