AT(Accounting Technician) 자격의 직무분석 및 출제기준 개발 연구

이 연구는 AT 시험의 구체적인 직무분석을 통하여 AT 시험의 출제기준, 응시자격 등을 만드는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 해당 자격증과 관련된 전문가들을 구성, 직무분석 위원회를 만들었다. 직무분석 위원회에서는 데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 이용해 직무분석을 실시하여 직무범위, 응시자격, 검정 기준, 출제 기준, 검정 방법 등의 구성 내용을 추출하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 AT 시험의 출제기준을 개발하기 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리하여 제시하 였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형을 설정하였고, 3단계는 직업 명세서 및 작업분석, 4단계는 직무모형 검토, 5단계는 시험과목 개발 행렬표 작성, 마지막으로 6단계는 출제기준 개발의 과정을 통해 AT 시험 자격의 출제기준을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 회계 세무 분야의 교육 적용 및 활 용 등으로 연계되어 관련 교육이 보다 체계적으로 이루어질 수 있을 것이다.

This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and criteria for preparation of qualification test of the Accounting Technician. In this study, a DACUM method job analysis to extract contents such as task range, eligibility, examination standards, selection criteria of examination questions, examination methods, etc was done by specialists. This report presents job analysis model by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the Accounting Technician. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step: the establishment of job models, the third step : the job specification and work analysis, the fourth step: the review of job model, the fifth step: the establishment of subjects for examination matrix table, the sixth step the establishment of guidelines for accounting technician questions.
