지역포괄지원센터에 있어서 케어예방매니지먼트

The Preventive Care Management in The Comprehensive Community Support Center -The Case in the Japan-

일본에서는 고령사회에 대한 대처로서 2000년부터 개호보험을 실시하였다. 증가하는 재정부담 때문에 2006년부터 요케어도가 낮은 고령자를 대상으로 케어예방매니지먼트를 실시하기 위해서 지역포괄센터를 설치하였다. 그러나 많은 지역주민들이 지역포괄센터의 존재나 서비스 내용에 대해서 알지 못하고 있다. 또한 서비스를 제공하는 쪽에서도 지역주민들이 어떠한 서비스를 원하고 있는지를 잘 모르는 상태에서 서비스를 제공하고 있는 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역주민들의 현재의 상황과 어느 정도 지역포괄지원센터를 알고 있는지, 어떤 서비스를 원하는지를 알아보기 위해서 지역 주민 350명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 그 결과 신체적ㆍ심리적으로 학대를 받고 있는 사람이 다수 있었으며, 케어가 필요 함에도 복지서비스를 받지 않고 자택생활하는 사람도 상당수 있었다. 또한 케어와 케어예방에 관한 상담 니드는 높았지만 의료와 케어예방매니지먼트에 관한 상담에 관한 니드가 상대적으로 낮았다.

There has executed long-term care insurance for copying with an advanced age from 2000 in the Japan. Because there was increasing functional obligations, from 2006 comprehensive community support center was established to execute preventive care management for the elderly with low requiring care. But many local residents haven't know the services of comprehensive community support center. Also, preventive care manager center didn't know the need and the kinds of services. Thus, the purposes of this study were to explain needs for local residents' services and situation to be provided in the comprehensive community support center. the numbers of 350 were included to analyze the data. In results, there were high needs for counseling care and preventive care. Also, the need for counseling with care and preventive care was high, but the needs for counseling was low.
