간병인의 간병교육 현황 및 간병제도 법제화 인식

Care Education Present Condition for Caregivers and Awareness on Legislation on the Caregivers System

이 연구의 목적은 간병인을 대상으로 간병인 제도 법제화에 대한 인식을 조사하여 법제화 실현을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구대상은 부산지역 내 간병인들을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2013년 02월 18일부터 03월 09일까지 약20일간 진행되었으며, 설문지 총300부중 무응답 및 응답오류가 있는 24부를 제외하고 총 276부를 최종 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 간병서비스 질 향상을 위해 이론교육항목은 기본간병기술이 27.6%, 필수교육항목은 개인위생이 37.2%, 간병비 본인 부담률은 20%가 56.3%로 가장 많았다. 이론교육항목, 필수교육항목, 보험료인상, 보험료 인상 찬성에 대한 생각, 건강보험 적용 대상자, 간병비 본인 부담률의 변수는 간병인 제도 법제화와 관련성이 있었다. 향후 간병인 제도 법 제화 시 간병인들의 표준화된 교육과정, 환자 및 보호자, 간병종사자들에게 경제적 부담을 덜어주고 비용의 안정성을 제공할 수 있도록 체계적이고 표준화된 기준이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness on legislation on the nursing system for caregivers and to provide the basic data for realization of legislation. The subjects were caregivers living in Busan, the survey was conducted from February 18 to March 9, 2013, 276 except for 24 copies of non-response and error response among a total of 300 questionnaires were analyzed. As a result, To improve the quality of care services, there were 27.6% of primary care techniques in theoretical training items, 37.2% of personal hygiene in mandatory training items, copayment for nursing fee was 56.3%, which was the most. Theoretical training items, mandatory training items, premiums increases, thinking of agreeing to premiums increase, health insurance applied subjects, variables for copayment for care fee were related to legislation on the caregivers system. On legislation on the caregivers system, systematic and standardized criteria should be provided to provide standardized curriculum for caregivers, to relieve patients and guardians of economic burden for care fee and offer the stability of the cost.
