부모의 정서지능과 결혼만족도, 양육태도와의 관계 연구

A Study on the relationship between the Emotional Intelligence, Marital Satisfaction, and Parenting Attitude of Parents

부모의 정서지능과 결혼만족도, 양육태도를 고찰하고, 이들 요인들이 미치는 영향의 정도와 요인을 파 악하여 보다 건전한 가정생활과 양육을 유지하는데 유익한 정보를 주며, 나아가 아동복지와 가정복지의 가장 중심점인 부모의 심리를 보다 심도있게 이해하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 정서지능과 결혼만족도 가 양육태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 어머니의 경우, 자녀 양육갈등 수준이 낮을수록, 정서 조절은 높을수록 어머니의 자율적 양육태도가 높았다. 또한, 정서 조절 수준이 낮을수록 거부적 양육태도가 높아졌고 자녀 양육갈등 수준은 높을수록 거부적 양육태도가 높았다. 아버지의 경우는 정서 조절과 정서 인식 수준이 높을수록 아버지의 자율적 양육태도가 높았다. 또한, 자녀 양육 갈등수준이 높고 결혼에 대한 전반적 불만족 수준이 높을수록 아버지의 거부적 양육태도가 높았다.

This study was performed with the purpose to study parents' emotional intelligence, marriage satisfaction and parenting attitude, figure out the extent and elements these factors affect, provide any useful information to maintain more sound family life and nurturing, and further understand parents' mentality which is the key of child welfare and family welfare more intensively. In the result of the verification how emotional intelligence and marriage satisfaction had an effect on child-rearing attitude, in case of Mother, the lower the level of child-rearing conflict was, and the higher emotional control was, the higher Mother's autonomous child-rearing attitude became In addition, the lower emotional control was, the higher rejecting nurturing attitude became, and the higher the level of child-rearing conflict was, the higher rejecting rearing attitude became. In case of Father, the higher the level of emotional control and emotional recognition was, the higher Father's autonomous child-rearing attitude became. Moreover, the higher the level of child-rearing conflict and the level of overall dissatisfaction to marriage, the higher Father's rejecting nurturing attitude became.
