잠재계층분석을 이용한 지적장애 청소년의 진로성숙도 특성 분석

Analyzing Career Maturity of Adolescents with Intellectual Disabilities: Focusing of Latent Class Analysis

본 연구는 지적장애 청소년이 진로성숙 하위 영역의 발달 정도에 따라 어떠한 이질적인 집단으로 유형화되는지 확인하고, 인구ㆍ사회학적 변인이 유형화된 집단에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 장애청소년 진로성숙도 검사를 사용하여 전국의 지적장애 청소년 299명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 장애청소년 진로성숙 잠재계층은 '전반적 높은 진로성숙 집단', '높은 진로능력 낮은 진로행동 집단', '평균 진로성숙 집단', 및 '전반적 낮은 진로성숙 집단' 등 4개의 잠재계층으로 분류되었다. 인구ㆍ사회학적 요인이 이들 4개의 잠재계층 유형에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 다항로지스틱 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 기능수준이 높을수록 '전반적 낮은 진로성숙 집단'에 비해 다른 3개의 잠재계층에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 또한 장애정도가 가벼울수록 '전반적 낮은 진로성숙 집단'에 비해 '전반적 높은 진로성숙 집단'과 '높은 진로능력 낮은 진로행동 집단'에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 마지막으로 남자일수록 '전반적 낮은 진로성숙 집단'에 비해 '높은 진로능력 낮은 진로행동 집단'에 속할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 기초하여 지적장애 청소년의 진로성숙도를 향상시키기 위한 실천적 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify types of latent class about career maturity of adolescents with intellectual disabilities and to identify population and social factors effect influence latent class of career maturity. By using Career Maturity Scale for Adolescents with disabilities, the study analyzed data from 299 adolescents with intellectual disabilities on national scale. As a result, latent classes of career maturity for adolescents with intellectual disabilities classified 'overall higher career maturity group', 'higher career ability and lower career behavior group', 'average career maturity group', and 'overall lower career maturity group'. The study conducted multinomial logistic regression to identify socio-demographic factors effect four different types of latent classes. Therefore, if their functioning level is higher, they are likely in group of overall higher career maturity, higher career ability and lower career behavior, and average career maturity. If their severity is milder, they are likely in group of overall higher career maturity and higher career ability and lower career behavior. If they are male, they are likely in group of higher career ability and lower career behavior. According to result of study, a discussion of the improving career maturity for adolescents with intellectual disabilities was presented at the conclusion.
