유아특수교사의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교사양성기관 교육과정 재구조화 연구

A Study on Reconstructing of Curriculum in Teacher Education of Department of Early Childhood Special Education to Improve Core Competency for Early Childhood Special Education Teachers

본 연구는 유아특수교사의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 재구조화 연구로서 현재 우리나라의 유아특수 양성기관인 대학과 대학원의 교육과정을 분석하고 도출한 핵심역량과 교육과정과의 관계를 분석하여 유아특수교사의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 재구조화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 유아특수교사 핵심역량 및 유치원교사의 핵심역량을 분석하여 설문을 구성하여 1차와 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 유아특수교사의 핵심역량에 대한 타당도와 중요도를 분석하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 도출된 핵심역량과 유아특수교사 양성기관의 교육과정과의 관계를 분석하여 빈도와 백분율 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, 첫째, 유아특수교사는 특수교육대상자의 확대, 통합의 확대로 인한 교육현장의 변화, 그리고 팀 협력과 가족중심접근을 위한 다양한 역할이 요구되어 지고 있다. 둘째, 질적으로 우수한 교사를 확보하기 위한 국가수준에서의 유아특수교사의 핵심역량에 대한 협의와 표준화된 제시가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 유아특수교사에게 요구되는 다양한 역할수행을 뒷받침할 수 있는 실무중심의 교육과정 편성이 요구된다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 논의하였고, 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

This study aims to reconstruct of curriculum in teacher education to improve the core competency of early childhood special education teachers. For accomplishing this purpose, following research contents were established. First, the literatures and previous studies related to 'core competencies' were analyzed and organized six areas and 86 items of early childhood special education teachers' core competencies. Second, relations between actual conditions of the major curriculum at the department of early childhood special education in each university and graduate school and core competencies of early childhood special education teachers. Survey methods were conducted by Delphi survey. Delphi survey was carried out three times. In the first and second Delphi survey, six areas of 86 items and 5 open-ended questions were analyzed by 24 Delphi panelists. To analyzed the date the following methods were used-mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, convergence, consensus, coefficient of variation, and qualitative analysis. As a result of this study, conclusions are as follows; (1)supplementation of the curriculum of early childhood special teacher education to improve core competencies by various expectations, (2)administration of quality in early childhood special education department by nation level, (3)promotion guidelines of field experiences, (4)development of reeducation and in-service training to reinforce the core competencies for early childhood special education teachers. The results of this study will be able to be used a good information to construct the core competencies for early childhood special education teachers by national level. The criteria of core competency will be able to be used as a way of reconstruction the curriculums in early childhood special education departments.
