개성화의 관점에서 북한이탈주민 시의 그림자 형상화 문제

“Study on Shadow Embodiment Matter of the Poem of North Korean Refugees from the Viewpoint of Individuation –Focus on Baek Yimu’s Poetry.”

이 논문은 북한이탈주민 시의 그림자 형상화 문제를 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 국제사회에서 지속적으로 북한의 인권상황에 대해 우려를 표명하고 인권 개선을 권고하지만 북한사회는 ‘우리식 인권론’을 주장하면서 이에 맞서고 있다. 백이무의 시에서 주목할 점은 크게 두 가지로 요약된다. 하나는 시에 나타난 정서적 변화이다. 대게 슬픔과 분노, 그리움의 정서로 집약되었던 북한이탈주민의 시와는 달리 그의 시는 슬픔과 분노, 공포와 두려움이 자기성찰까지 이어지는 것이 특징 이다. 또한 그의 시는 상징과 원형 그리고 은유를 가로질러 현장을 고발하는 직설적 화법의 시적 주체를 등장시키기도 한다. 이것은 무의식 속 잠재된 그림자를 피하거나 숨기지 않고 응시하고 직시함으로써 의식과의 균형과 조화를 통해 ‘자기(自己)’를 찾고자 하는 개성화 과정으로 읽어낼 수 있다. 이러한 점을 염두에 두고, 본고에서는 개성화의 관점에서 백이무 시의 그림자 형상화 문제에 대해 논지를 전개했다.

This research aimed at investigating shadow embodiment matter of the poem of North Korean refugees. International society consistently expresses concern about human rights state of North Korea and advises human rights improvement, however North Korean society opposes this by insisting ‘theory of human rights in our style.’ The remarkable points in Baek Yimu’s poem are summarized largely in two ways. One is emotional change in the poem. Differently from other North Korean refugees’ poems that are mostly integrated with the emotion as sorrow, anger, and longing, the characteristic of his poem includes sorrow, anger, fear, and anxiety, which are connected to self reflection and introspection. The other point is degree of literary completion. His poem has also appeared the poetic subject in a straightforward narrative to accuse the scene across symbol, the archetype and metaphor. This can be said to be the individuation process to find ‘self(自己)’ through balance and harmony with consciousness by looking and facing the shadow hidden in unconsciousness without avoiding or hiding. Based on this point, this research developed a research point on shadow embodiment matter in Baek, yimu’s poem from the viewpoint of individuation.
