일자리사업 참여 노인의 사회활동이 은퇴 인식에 미치는 영향 - 사회참여와 여가활동 중심으로 -

Effect of the Social Activities of Participants in Senior Employment Programs influencing to the Perception toward Retirement - with emphasis on Social Participation and Leisure Activity -

본 연구의 목적은 일자리사업 참여노인의 사회활동이 은퇴인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울소재 노인복지관 이용하는 일자리 참여자 430명을 대상으로 7일간 면접조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 사회활동은 노인일자리사업 참여기간이 길수록 적극적인 것으 로 나타났으며(F=5.161, p<.001), 둘째, 여가활동은 복지형 일자리 참여자가 상대적으로 공익형이나 교육형 참여자보다 높았다(F=3.627, p<.05). 끝으로, 은퇴인식은 경제상태가 좋을수록(t=3.781, p<.001), 사회참여가 많을수록(t=3.936, p<.001), 여가활동에 적극적일수록(t=2.127, p<.05) 높았다. 이 같은 사실은 노인 일자리사 업 참여자들이 적극적인 사회활동과 여가활동을 하는 경우, 은퇴인식에 긍정적임을 알 수 있으며, 이는 노후준비를 잘 하고 있는 것으로 추론할 수 있다. 따라서 노인일자사업 참여자들의 은퇴인식 개선을 위해서는 적극적인 사회참여와 여가활동을 하여야 하며, 이를 위한 사회서비스 프로그램이 요구되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of social activities of participants in senior employment programs influencing on the perception towards retirement. We investigated 430 elderly people in Seoul, who participated in employment programs in aged welfare facilities. The main results are as follows; First, the periods of employment participation have showed the positive effect on the social activities(F=5.161, p <.001). Second, leisure activities have difference in employment programs, welfare-type participants have the more positive than public- and education-type(F=3.627, p <.05). Finally, economic situation(t=3.781, p<.001), social participation(t=3.936, p<.001) and leisure activities(t=2.127, p <.05) of the participants have the positive effects on the perception toward retirement. These means that the elderly people in employment programs, who have more positive social and leisure activities, are positive effects on the perception of retirement. Therefore, the elderly participants have to improve economic situation, and be positive on social participation and leisure activities. Also, such a social programs should be continued for the perception about retirement,
