최근 은퇴계층의 주거면적 변동에 따른 주거만족도에 관한 연구

The target group of this study are retirees living in Seoul and metropolitan areas, between 50-60 years old. This study identifies and investigates the 'causality' between 'determinants of residential area and changes in residential area' and studies the 'residential satisfaction according to changes in residential area'. The statistical package, SPSS 20.0k, is used for empirical analysis; and descriptive statistics and factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and 5% significance level test is performed for the analysis process. The purpose of this study is for retirees between the ages of 50-60 years old, living in the city and are preparing for their retirement and investigates the changes in 'residential area after retirement' to derive a policy implication that will help the government that plans related housing policies and private companies; and to create a marketing strategy tool for older homes.
