The Influence of Tenant by Characteristics Residential Satisfaction and Value of Small Sized Housing on Living Intention

The aim of the study are to attract the tenants and strategy for getting the long-term residential of small sized housing. Through this study, influencing relationship on how the small sized housing characteristic factors can affect the residential satisfaction and residential value is figured out. Last, in order to induce the influencing relationship of living intention, the questionnaire for the tenants of small sized housing were conducted. The analysis is done based on 362 significant research materials gathered from the questionnaires. For analysis methodology, this research is using SPSS 21.0, AMOS 18.0, along with analytic techniques,such as implementation of basic statistical analysis, reliability, and structural analysis. Following is the results summary of the research: First, we find that the influencing relationship of the small sized housing, characteristic factor and residential satisfaction affect the remainder factors, except for the physical characteristics affect of the internal characteristic. As a result, the influence of the internal characteristic affecting the residential satisfaction is partially adopted. Second, we find from the influencing relationship of the small sized housing, characteristic factor and residential value were that the remainder factors, except for the location characteristic affect of the external characteristics and the living convenience affect of the internal characteristics. Finally, we find from the influencing relationship of the residential satisfaction, residential value and living intention that all parameters affect the living intention.
